Some items in our store are available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how to cancel or modify these purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency. Payment details are securely stored, and you’re charged per delivery unless prepaid. Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via order confirmation emails. See our Returns Policy for refunds.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase out-of-stock or upcoming products. We may collect full, partial, or no payment at checkout and charge the remaining amount later. You can cancel unfulfilled, partially paid pre-orders. Once fulfilled, cancellations aren’t possible, but you may request a refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment before shipping. You have a set period to decide if you want to keep the item. If not returned within this time, your payment method will be charged.
