At MyMara, we prioritize fast shipping to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders within the EU typically arrive in 2–6 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). High order volumes may cause slight delays, and we’ll notify you of any significant delays via email or phone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

PACKAGING

We minimize packaging for EU shipments to reduce waste and shipping costs. This may include taping original shoe boxes or using smaller, more efficient packaging. Shoe boxes taped by us do not affect your right to return the item.

DAMAGES

Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
