ORDER PROCESSING TIME

For in-stock items, we pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are handed over to the selected shipping partner at the next available pickup.

Pickup and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, parcel locker location, destination country, weekends, and public holidays. Some carriers or parcel lockers may offer weekend service, but this is not available everywhere.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, shipping partners may experience delays that can extend delivery times beyond our usual estimates.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier or parcel service, please use the tracking link or contact the shipping partner directly for the latest delivery information.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Packaging

We may reuse packaging to help reduce waste and keep shipping costs reasonable. For international orders, we may use smaller, more efficient packaging to help control delivery costs.

When several pairs are ordered together internationally, we may repackage the shoes into a more compact cardboard box. For cardboard packaging, we use paper tape only, so it can be disposed of with regular paper recycling.
