Shipping information

For in-stock items, we usually pack and dispatch orders on the same or next business day. Orders are handed over to the selected shipping partner at the next available pickup.

Some items may be shipped to us from a partner warehouse first. For these items, we usually place the order in our partner’s system on the same or next business day.

After that, it typically takes 2–4 business days for the item to arrive at our shop. As soon as it reaches us, we dispatch it from our side as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We may reuse packaging to help reduce waste and keep shipping costs reasonable. For international orders, we may use smaller, more efficient packaging to help control delivery costs.

When several pairs are ordered together internationally, we may repackage the shoes into a more compact cardboard box. For cardboard packaging, we use paper tape only, so it can be disposed of with regular paper recycling.
