ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders quickly — all Estonian orders are placed in parcel lockers the same day they're received (except on weekends, when packages aren’t collected). We do our best to have them ready for the next available pickup. Smartposti parcel lockers are the exception, offering pickups and deliveries even on weekends, but depending on certain location of the parcel locker.
Please note: We pack and dispatch orders promptly year-round. Please be aware that during peak shopping periods like Black Friday and Christmas, shipping partners may experience delays that can extend delivery times beyond our usual estimates. After your order is handed over to the courier, you’re free to contact them directly for real-time delivery information.

We reuse packaging to help reduce waste and shipping costs. This may include taping original shoe boxes or using smaller, more efficient packaging. Taped shoe boxes do not affect your right to return the item. We use only paper tape, and all packaging can be disposed of with regular paper recycling.
