ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing is fast, and we aim to ship all Estonian orders the same day. Orders placed before 13:00 usually arrive on the next business day.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
PACKAGING
We reuse packaging to help reduce waste and shipping costs. This may include taping original shoe boxes or using smaller, more efficient packaging. Taped shoe boxes do not affect your right to return the item. We use only paper tape, and all packaging can be disposed of with regular paper recycling.
