How to Find the Right Size?

The right fit starts with knowing your true foot size. Here’s how you can easily measure your feet at home and make sure your next pair of shoes feels just right.

Why it matters

Feet come in all shapes and sizes — and sometimes even change over time. Proper measurement helps you:

  • Avoid shoes that pinch or slip
  • Prevent blisters and long-term foot issues
  • Choose footwear that supports natural movement

Simple steps to measure

All you need is a piece of paper, a pen, and a ruler.

  1. Stand on the paper — barefoot or in thin socks, with your weight evenly distributed.
  2. Trace your foot — keep the pen upright and close to your foot.
  3. Measure length — from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
  4. Measure width — across the widest part of your foot.

Tip: It’s best to measure both feet — one is often slightly larger. Use the bigger measurement when selecting your size.
