Return Information for Estonian Customers
Chose the Wrong Size?
Before deciding to exchange or return your shoes, please make sure you've:
- Removed all paper inserts, tags, and packaging materials from inside the shoes before trying them on.
- Checked whether your shoes came with two pairs of insoles — some models include both a thicker and a thinner option.
Try both to ensure the best fit before requesting a return.
Exchanges
Shopping for shoes online isn’t always easy. If you ordered the wrong size or model, don’t worry. Here's how to exchange your pair:
- Place a new order for the correct item through our webshop and complete the payment. We’ll ship it out as soon as possible.
- Return the original pair by initating a return via our Customer Portal.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Returns
You have the right to return any item bought from our webshop within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund:
- The product must be unused, except for trying it on like you would in a physical store.
- If the item shows signs of use beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Returns are free within Estonia only for DPD deliveries. For other carriers, the return cost—equal to the original delivery fee—will be deducted from the refund.

Returning Your Package to Us
You're always welcome to return your package at our physical shop. Alternatively, here are the available return options based on your original delivery method:
- Omniva parcel locker – use the return code received via SMS. No need to print a shipping label.

Itella Smartpost parcel locker:
- If your package arrived in the blue parcel locker with a screen, you can return it to every Smartposti blue parcel locker in Estonia by using the same door code that you used to collect the parcel.
- If your package arrived in the white parcel locker with locker-specific keypad, you need to register your return via https://my.smartpost.ee/return_parcel/ using parcel number (barcode or tracking number).
- You can find it in your email or on the packaging under barcode.
- DPD parcel locker – a return PIN will be sent via SMS and/or email upon delivery. Use this code to return the package. No need to print a shipping label.
