Description
Froddo Barefoot Tex Go are barefoot ankle boots for cooler spring and autumn weather. They combine a water-repellent smooth leather and velour upper with a waterproof membrane, textile lining and a very flexible outsole with a deeper tread pattern.
Fit & Sizing
Width: Suitable for regular to wide feet. From size 36 onwards, the fit is better for narrow to regular feet. Instep: Best suited to low / shallow feet. Toe box: The toe-cap shape is suitable for a dominant big toe. Ankle fit: Designed for a narrower ankle. Two adjustable hook-and-loop straps allow the fit to be tightened well around the ankle. Flexibility: Very flexible outsole with an anti-slip pattern. Fit note: The removable insole can be taken out when drying the boots.
Key Features
Waterproof membrane for wet grass, sand, light rain and snow. The supplier notes that membrane shoes are not as waterproof as rain boots and recommends rain boots for heavy rain and sleet. The membrane works when the temperature inside the shoe is around 15 degrees higher than the outside environment. Reflective details on the sides add visibility. Extra thermal sole under the non-removable insole adds insulation.

Care instructions
- Brush velour gently and clean smooth leather or textile areas with a soft damp cloth.
- For deeper gentle cleaning, use Topi Natural Cleaning Foam on suitable areas.
- Refresh breathable protection with Topi Natural Repel, especially before wet spring/autumn use.
- Remove the removable insole after wear to help the boots dry evenly.
- Never dry membrane footwear on a radiator or in a drying cabinet; air dry with paper inside, upside down.
