We do our best to have them ready for the next available pickup. Smartposti parcel lockers are the exception, offering pickups and deliveries even on weekends.

PACKAGING
We reuse packaging to help reduce waste and shipping costs. This may include taping original shoe boxes or using smaller, more efficient packaging. Taped shoe boxes do not affect your right to return the item. We use only paper tape, and all packaging can be disposed of with regular paper recycling.
