We process orders quickly — all Estonian orders are placed in parcel lockers the same day they're received (except on weekends, when packages aren’t collected). We do our best to have them ready for the next available pickup. Smartposti parcel lockers are the exception, offering pickups and deliveries even on weekends, but depending on certain location of the parcel locker.

Please be aware that during peak shopping periods like Black Friday and Christmas, shipping partners may experience delays that can extend delivery times beyond our usual estimates.
