Fit & Sizing
The Lone Peak 9+ is designed for women and offers a regular to wide fit. It suits medium to high insteps and is suitable for an average foot and average instep. The Original FootShape fit is Altra’s widest version, with a spacious anatomically shaped toe box that tapers very slightly at the toe. The heel has a narrower fit with a fixed, slightly firmer heel counter. The low-cut design uses a lacing closure for good tightening.
Key Features
These barefoot running shoes are built for trail use with an Altra EGO midsole and a Vibram MegaGrip rubber outsole. The sole thickness is 25 mm, stack height is 25 mm (heel), and drop is 0 mm. The outsole has a distinctive tread intended for all-terrain running, alpine trails and muddy terrain. The outsole extends over the toe, and heel Velcro is included for attaching outdoor pants or gaiters.

Suitable for trail running, outdoor sport, all-terrain running, alpine trails and mud in spring and autumn conditions.
